The story

Most travelers overnight in Naran and take a morning jeep to the lake for a half-day visit. The shoreline is busy in July-August; shoulder months are quieter but weather is less predictable. Ansoo Lake and longer meadow walks start from the same corridor for stronger hikers. Confirm jeep availability and road status after rain or early-/late-season snow before leaving Naran.
