Drives from Islamabad are shorter than Hunza or Skardu but still warrant overnight planning for upper Neelum. Monsoon season can reshape road access quickly - keep buffers. Pair with Islamabad-Murree only when routing via Murree; many parties drive more direct corridors toward Muzaffarabad.
