North of the Ghizer corridor, Ishkoman offers village stays and high trailheads without Hunza crowds. Access runs through Gupis / Gahkuch logistics; beyond Immit the road and weather get more serious. Plan as an overnight or multi-day add-on rather than a quick stop.
